How do I return my product? | |
In order to return a product you must contact us to obtain a "Return Authorization" number. This enables us to track your return in our busy warehouse and match it with your original order. To obtain a "Return Authorization" number please call us 800-615-7048 or email us so we can help. |

What is your return policy? | |
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve our services or product offerings. We accept returns for exchange or refund (less shipping costs unless item is defective or the wrong item was shipped) up to 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. After 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only at our sole discretion. Items must be returned in "new, unaltered and unused condition". If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund (including shipping costs). Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) upon receipt at our warehouse. To return an item please contact us via email for an authorization number to include on your shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns without a return authorization number as we cannot match the return shipment to your account. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
***Special note on furniture – Due to the fact that we cannot control customer assembly errors, we cannot accept returns on furniture if the screw packet has been opened. Please confirm that your product has all pieces and all pieces are undamaged prior to beginning assembly. Unlike most companies we do not charge a re-stocking fee for returns.
