How much does shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING ON MOST CLOTHING ORDERS* OVER $35! FREE SHIPPING ON MOST FURNITURE ORDERS OVER $75!

If you are only ordering doll clothes:

Our flat-rate, U.S. ground shipping price is $2.95 per order - up to $35 order value (over $35 is FREE). As many clothes as you like, one low price*!

If you are ordering furniture:

U.S. ground shipping for our furniture pieces is set at $5.95. If you order $75 or more regardless of contents, your order qualifies for free continental U.S. ground shipping*!

Please note: free ground shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.

*If the weight of your order exceeds 4.5lb, you will be charged at the furniture pricing above (free shipping still applies).

How quickly do you ship?

If you order before 3:00PM EST, your in-stock order will most likely ship the same day. If not, it should ship the next business day - all in-stock orders ship within 48 business hours. The few furniture items that ship directly from the manufacturer may take a few additional days to ship. Note that inaccurate billing information will cause delays. Please double check your information before submitting your order. Note that business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST.

Can I use an expedited shipping method?

Sure! To U.S. customers, we offer second day and standard overnight options at a reasonable price. These options are calculated at time of checkout based on your shipping zip/postal code.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.
